By creating an account, accessing, or subscribing to ZUNO AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Accounts & Free Trial

Eligible new users receive welcome credits after completing email and phone verification, without requiring credit card details. Users are responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for all activities under their account.

3. Subscriptions, Credits & Top-Ups

• Transparent Subscriptions: Paid plans (Student Start ৳49, Student Core ৳99, Student Max ৳199) provide 30 days of service with their specified credit allowance.
• Usage Policy: ZUNO AI operates on usage credits. All tiers access full intelligence capability; higher plans provide higher credit allowances and upload limits.
• Credit Preservation: When your credits reach zero, your work, chat history, and documents remain preserved. You can purchase instant top-up packs anytime.
• No Auto-Debit Surprises: Subscriptions do not charge your mobile wallet without your explicit authorization.

4. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to use ZUNO AI for illegal purposes, harassing others, attempting to disrupt platform infrastructure, or violating intellectual property laws.
